Stone Specialists LLC in Chicago, IL

Alexis from Stone Specialists did a wonderful job clean my old bathroom stone floor. He made it look brand new again. He also did not leave until I was 100% satisfied! Elizabeth did an excellent job getting me a quote and scheduling the service promptly. I will definitely be going back to Stone Specialists in the future.

We had our 10 year old, highly polished, marble bathroom shower, floor and baseboards honed and resealed. Elizabeth was friendly, , prompt, and on top of the details of our job. Alex was delightful to work with; the flawless finish was a testimony to his experience and skill. The craftsmanship and service yielded amazing value.

I could not have been more pleased with the interactions I had from the first contact with the office to secure a free quote, through to the extremely professional specialist who arrived at my home to perform the work. Others declined to perform the work, due to the delicate nature of my marble floors, but Stone specialists stepped up to the job and performed amazing quality work. They were highly responsive, easy to work with, and made me feel like I was talking with and working with friends. I highly recommend Stone Specialists for your stone flooring needs. They are my absolute go to now! Thank you Stone Specialists, LLC for doing an amazing job and being an absolute pleasure to work with!

We were three weeks into a major bathroom remodel involving 3,000 pounds of marble. when the contractors were installing the large marble vanity, a big piece of marble chipped off. We were on the fence about whether to get an entire new slab or try to repair the damage. Part of the problem was the fact that this was the second marble slab we were having installed, as the same vendor had damaged the first one too. the vendor tried to repair it but they did not do a good job. We did not like the waste associated with sending back a second slab and installing a third one, and we needed to have the vanity repaired fast (i.e. the same day) so that the other contractors could finish the project. So we googled and found Stone Specialists and called them around 4 p.m. and they made special arrangements to come check out the damage that same evening. we paid them using Google wallet and the specialist did an amazing job. This company really came through with expert work on short notice when we were in a crunch and we are very grateful. we recommend hiring them with confidence!
