Team Ryan Automotive Cumming in Cumming, GA

I think I have found my new car repair shop in north Forsyth. I have been going to a shop on the south end of the county for almost 20 years (and they have been great) but wanted to find something closer to home now that we live on the north end. I have tried a few shops, but I think Team Ryan will get my business for the foreseeable future. I have taken my two cars in for various repairs (thermostat and ac work) and have been pleased with the service and results. While not the cheapest shop around, they do quality work, and I am happy to pay if I know my car will be repaired the right way, and their coffee game in the wait room is on point! :) I am glad they are now a part of our community in north Forsyth.

I have always used Scott’s Auto Center off Peachtree Parkway for my Lexus RX. After moving four months ago, I knew I needed to find a trustworthy shop in my new area. I had my first visit with Team Ryan Automotive yesterday for an oil change, and I was impressed from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. After the oil change, they completed a full vehicle inspection. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. They clearly told me what needed attention now and what could safely wait, without making me feel pressured. It’s not easy finding an auto repair shop you can trust, but Team Ryan earned my confidence on my very first visit. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for future service. One final thought—I’m one of the biggest Auburn fans you’ll ever meet. When Clint said, “War Eagle!” to me, I knew I was home. War Eagle!

i recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what my vehicle needed without pushing unnecessary services. The work included an oil change, tire rotation, and a brake inspection. Everything was completed efficiently, and my car was ready sooner than promised. I also appreciated the transparency in pricing—there were no hidden fees, and the final cost matched the estimate. What stood out most was the attention to detail. They provided a full inspection report and even pointed out a minor issue to keep an eye on, which shows they genuinely care about long-term vehicle health. Overall, this was a smooth and trustworthy experience. I would definitely return for future maintenance and recommend this shop to others looking for reliable auto service. Dave at the Freedom parkway location has been awesome. i have brought 3 different vehicles over the past year for six different items and he has been awesome :)
